Israeli forces kill 76 in a day in Gaza, ramp up attacks in Lebanon

 Amande Bazerolle of Doctors Without Borders (MSF) states that their clinic in Gaza City is witnessing a dramatic rise in the number of newly displaced individuals.

Gaza’s Health Ministry reports that Israeli attacks have claimed the lives of 76 Palestinians and injured 158 others within the past 24 hours. 

Israel intensifies its strikes on Lebanon, killing eight paramedics in the aftermath of an air raid on central Beirut that claimed the life of Hezbollah’s top media relations officer, Mohammad Afif.

U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein is set to visit Beirut on Tuesday for discussions on a potential ceasefire between Hezbollah and Israel, according to a Lebanese political source quoted by Reuters.

Israel's ongoing offensive in Gaza has resulted in at least 43,922 Palestinian deaths and 103,898 injuries since October 7, 2023. On the same day, Hamas-led attacks in Israel caused the deaths of approximately 1,139 people, with over 200 taken hostage.

In Lebanon, Israeli attacks since the onset of the war on Gaza have resulted in at least 3,481 deaths and 14,786 injuries.
